This week Miss Linke came in and taught us all about the famous artist, Picasso. We made our own Picasso faces and used a range of different shapes in these. We used pastels to colour our faces in and we are getting better at using these. This was so much fun and we loved how they all turned out.
We are Year 4 learners at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland New Zealand and our teacher is Miss White.

Class Statistical Investigation
This week we started a class wide statistical investigation in maths. Our aim was to get to know all of our students in our class better. Miss White asked us a range of questions and we had to answer these on a Post-It note. We had to split this into quarters and write our answers in the correct box.
We had a lot of fun sticking our notes on the whiteboard and drawing the tally charts using the results. We have now started to draw our bar graphs based on our tally charts.
Here are some of our answers. Can you guess what questions Miss White asked?

Class of 2021
Welcome to Room 5's class blog. This week we drew self portraits to display on the wall. We learned how to use pastels and not smudge them. See our portraits below.
